Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Track anytime on our Track Order page. Allow 24–48 hours after dispatch for tracking info to update.
Customs & Duties
| United States | No customs fees for orders under $800 |
| EU / UK | Import VAT & customs duties may apply — customer's responsibility |
| Other countries | Import duties, taxes, and clearance fees may apply — check with your local customs office |
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages
📦 Lost in Transit
If your package hasn't arrived within 30 days (45 days international), contact us. We'll investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
💔 Damaged on Arrival
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace it or issue a full refund — your choice.
📍 Stolen Packages
We're not responsible for packages marked "Delivered" by the carrier but subsequently stolen. We'll assist in filing a carrier claim.
📬 Wrong Address
Please double-check your address at checkout. If you catch an error, email us immediately at kangkanglinks@gmail.com.
Multiple Items
Orders with multiple items may ship separately from different warehouses. You'll receive separate tracking numbers — no extra charge.
