30-day returns. Simple. Transparent. No hassle.

You have 30 calendar days from delivery to return or exchange your item.

What Can Be Returned

OK Eligible Items

Unworn, unused, with all original tags and packaging. Complete sets must include all pieces. Proof of purchase required.

NO Non-Returnable

Custom/personalized orders, final sale & clearance items, worn or altered items, gift cards.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email Us
    Send your order number and return reason to kangkanglinks@gmail.com.
  2. Get Authorization
    We'll reply within 24 hours with a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
  3. Ship It Back
    Pack securely and include the RA number inside. Use a trackable shipping service — we can't cover return packages lost in transit.
  4. Refund Processed
    Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund is processed within 3–5 business days.

Exchanges

Same item, different size/color We'll reserve your preferred item and ship once we receive your return.
Different product Return the original item and place a new order for the one you want.
Defective item We cover all shipping. Replacement sent immediately.

When Will I Get My Refund?

Credit / Debit Card 5–10 business days after return is processed
PayPal 3–5 business days
Shop Pay / Apple Pay / Google Pay 3–7 business days
Refunds are always issued to your original payment method. Your bank may need extra time to post it to your account.

If your item goes on sale within 7 days of purchase, email us for a refund of the difference.

❌ Cancel Order

You can cancel within 2 hours of placing your order at no charge. After that, it may have already shipped.
