Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn't available at checkout, contact us and we'll do our best to help.
How long does delivery take?
Standard: 10–20 business days. Expedited: 6–12 business days. Express: 5–7 business days. Times are estimates and may vary due to customs or local postal service.
How can I track my order?
You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Track anytime on our Track Order page.
Will I pay customs fees?
US orders under $800: no customs. EU/UK and other countries: import VAT and duties may apply — these are the customer's responsibility.

What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery. Items must be unworn, in original packaging, with tags attached. See our Returns & Exchange page.
Who pays return shipping?
We pay for defective, damaged, or incorrect items. For change of mind or size issues, the customer pays return shipping.
How do I start a return?
Email kangkanglinks@gmail.com with your order number and reason. We'll send instructions within 24 hours.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive your return. Cards take 5–10 extra days; PayPal 3–5 days.

What payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All payments are SSL-encrypted.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Yes — within 2 hours of placing it. After that, it may have entered processing. Email us immediately.
Is my payment secure?
Absolutely. All transactions go through PCI-DSS compliant gateways (Shopify Payments, PayPal). We never store your full card details.

What materials are your ties made from?
Our neckties, pocket squares, and bow ties are made from 100% silk with 1200+ stitch construction. Some items may use premium cotton, satin, or polyester blends — see product descriptions.
What size are your neckties?
Standard: 59" (150 cm) long, 3.35" (8.5 cm) wide at the tip. See our Size Guide for all measurements.
How do I care for my silk accessories?
Dry clean only. Never machine wash or dry. Use a steamer on low heat to remove wrinkles, or iron with a cloth between the iron and silk.
Do you offer gift packaging?
Yes — many products come in a premium gift box. Look for "gift box included" on the product page. Gift messages available at checkout.

Do I need an account to order?
No — you can check out as a guest. But creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and get exclusive offers.
How do I use a discount code?
Enter it in the "Discount Code" field at checkout and click Apply. One code per order unless stated otherwise.
